Some work can be investigated or carried out remotely. Other tasks need someone at the site to work with equipment, review the environment or coordinate with the people and providers there.

The service center connects regional on-site work with the same planning, records and technical resources used by the wider RDA team. A site visit is part of the support plan rather than a separate conversation.

We plan around the task, client contacts, site access, equipment and any other providers involved. Findings and changes feed back into documentation, outstanding actions and the longer-term plan.

Existing clients should use their established service-request and escalation arrangements. For agreement clients, work outside normal hours, on weekends or on holidays does not carry an added timing premium. Travel is the only premium, with work billed under the agreement.
